You’ll decorate, laugh, and learn alongside other cookie lovers in a beautifully styled setting, and leave with your own set of picture-perfect cookies, my signature recipes, and the confidence to create at home.

Class Overview
Join The Fifth Tier (formerly Simpleigh Sweets) for a hands-on, two-hour cookie decorating experience where we’ll explore the essentials of sugar cookies, royal icing, and beginner-friendly decorating techniques.
You’ll learn how to achieve smooth icing, crisp lines, and elegant designs—all with step-by-step instruction and plenty of fun along the way.
