Create Sweet Memories with a Private Decorating Class

Decorating kit and all materials needed to participate. Kits include 4 cookies plus icing and any other materials needed for the set.

If desired, the host may request a particular theme for the class. Final designs will be selected by me depending on the number of guests, ability levels, time allotted, ect…

Approximately 1-1.5 hours of guided instruction and demonstration

Host receives access to all recipes and instructional materials included (with rights to distribute them to class participants if desired).

*Note: for public classes I also include a small party gift plus door prize giveaways. These are NOT included in private classes. If you’d like to ADD this option to your private class you can do so for an additional $10/guest

Just $30 per guest, with a 10 guest or $300 minimum to book.

The $300 booking fee will be due up front in order to book the class and hold the requested date on my calendar.

A portion of this amount will be held as a retainer fee and not eligible for refund (see Cancellations and Changes)

Payment is collected via digital invoice.

All payment/correspondence will be with the host only. The host is responsible for collecting payment from their guests (if desired) and paying for the class in full by the designated due date.

Final guest count and additional payment (if guest count exceeds 10) is due 2 weeks prior to class.

I guarantee a full refund (minus a 20% or $60 min. retainer fee) if cancellation is made no later than 2 weeks prior to class.

Cancellation made later than two weeks prior may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be given for paid guests that do not attend class.

I can accommodate changes to the final guest count if made prior to the 2 week cancellation deadline. Changes made after that date are not guaranteed and will be subject to my ability to accommodate them on short notice.

Once the class is booked, changes to the date, time, location, or theme of the class will be subject to my ability to accommodate them.

The space must be able to comfortably accommodate the number of guests attending.

It is preferable that guests be seated at a table with enough workspace for the cookies and other materials.

I will additionally need a spot reserved at the front of the group for my work space and live demonstration.

When possible, I prefer to use a document camera to display my work and an instructional powerpoint on a digital screen so that everyone can see. If you have a large screen that you prefer we use, as long as it can be accessed via HDMI cord we are happy to work from your screen. Otherwise, I can provide my own.

I will need space to set up my work space, camera, laptop, and display screen. I can provide my own folding table if needed (approximately 2x6ft).
